Ministry of Social Affairs Collaborates with CEHP UNUSA to Empower Bogor Community through Waste Management and Clean Water Technology

Bogor, February 8, 2024 - The Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemensos RI) is collaborating with the Center for Environmental Health of Pesantren (CEHP) of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (UNUSA) to overcome waste and clean water problems in Pagelaran Village, Bogor, West Java. The utilization of UNUSA's appropriate technology is part of the local community empowerment efforts. The event was also attended by members of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) RI, Mr. Adib and Mr. Komeng, who gave full support to the initiative. The program is expected to improve the quality of life of the Pagelaran Village community through better environmental management and sustainable access to clean water.
