PT TWC PARTNERS WITH CEHP TO IMPLEMENT WATER FILTER TECHNOLOGY TO SUPPORT THE PRESERVATION OF BOROBUDUR TEMPLE
CEHP and PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, and
Ratu Boko (PT TWC) held a cooperation meeting to discuss the plan to install
water filter system technology in the Borobudur Temple area. In the meeting,
CEHP presented innovative water filter system technology specifically designed
to improve water quality at the cultural heritage site. The installation of
this filter system is expected to support environmental conservation efforts
and improve visitor comfort at this super priority tourist destination.
The collaboration between CEHP and PT TWC is part of PT
TWC's various initiatives in maintaining the sustainability and management of
the Borobudur area. With the water filter technology that will be installed, it
is hoped that the need for clean water in the Borobudur Temple area can be met
sustainably, while reducing negative environmental impacts that have the
potential to disrupt the world heritage site.
This step is in line with PT TWC's commitment to
supporting the government's program to make Borobudur a premium,
environmentally friendly tourist destination. Through synergy with CEHP, PT TWC
continues to strive to improve supporting facilities and infrastructure that
not only improve the quality of service for visitors, but also maintain
environmental and cultural sustainability in the Borobudur area.
