The Installation of the UNUSA-Incinerator at the Pemogan Village TPS, South Denpasar, was funded by the Kementerian Sosial Republik Indonesia.

The Pemogan Village Government, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali Province, has installed an environmentally friendly waste incinerator based on incinerator technology, an innovation developed by Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (UNUSA). The incinerator was installed at the Pemogan Village Waste Processing Facility (TPS) as part of a more effective and sustainable waste management effort. With a smoke-free combustion system, the Incinerator is expected to reduce air pollution and provide a cleaner and more environmentally friendly solution for household waste management.

The UNUSA-Incinerator installation program at the Pemogan Village TPS received full support from the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs as part of its environmental social assistance program. This assistance demonstrates the government's commitment to supporting technological innovations that benefit waste management and improve the quality of the community's environment. This innovative incinerator maximizes waste combustion and converts residue into environmentally friendly liquid fertilizer, thus supporting renewable resource-based waste management efforts.

The program's implementation involves collaboration between the village government, universities, and the Ministry of Social Affairs to ensure the success and sustainability of the waste processing equipment. The installation of the incinerator in Pemogan Village is expected to serve as a model for other regions in waste management using an innovative technological approach. This initiative also supports the national movement for more environmentally friendly waste reduction and has a positive impact on public health and environmental sustainability in Denpasar City.
