Handover of BNSP JULEHA Competency Certificates to Competent Participants by PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas and UNUSA

The handover of BNSP competency certificates to JULEHA (Juru Sembelih Halal) participants who have been declared competent took place solemnly and with pride. This certificate handover event happened to be on the same SN-PKM agenda, namely the National Seminar on Community Service held at UNUSA campus C. This certificate handover event is a tangible proof of the success of the Juleha training organized by Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Surabaya (UNUSA) with the full support of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas. The certificates handed over are official recognition from the Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) for the abilities and competencies of the participants in the field of Juleha, an important achievement as a first step in improving the quality of Halal Slaughterers in the sector.

 

The certificate handover was carried out directly by Mr. Widyaswendra, Corporate Secretary of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, and Prof. Jazidie, Rector of UNUSA, who expressed high appreciation for the efforts and dedication of all participants during the training. In their remarks, both officials emphasized the importance of competency certification as a standard of professional recognition, which is expected to open more job opportunities and become the main capital in the career development of Juleha participants in the future. The excellent collaboration between UNUSA and Pelindo in this training also serves as evidence of the synergy between education and industry to produce experts who are ready to compete in the job market.
